Listeners are invited to send in their faxes or visit KKIQ.com nominating their teacher (in 50 words or less) to win on-air acknowledgement, a $200 gift certificate for The Apple Learning Store, and a Bodylines Day Spa – Swedish Massage or Facial Certificate

2) All winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is under eighteen) are solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, duties or fees applicable to prize winners.
3) All participants grant permission for KKIQ to use their voices, names, and likeness, voice and the fact that he or she won the prize in all areas incidental to the contest.
4) KKIQ reserves the right to discontinue promotion at any time and to disqualify any contestants who do not adhere to contest rules.
