BORN (DATE & PLACE): Alhambra, California. Second generation native Californian.
MARITAL STATUS: Married to Sue since June 24th 1989.
CHILDREN: I have two children, a son, Dustin and my Daughter, Dawnielle, plus two stepsons, Scott and Craig. We have three grandchildren Elyjiah who is about to turn 16 in July of 2008. Dawnielle and her husband Razi have a wonderful boy, Asher who turned one in December of 2007. Craig and his wife Robin have little C.J. (Craig James) who turns four later this year. Scott and his wife Stacy are talking about adopting a couple of kids to add to our ever growing list of grandkids. We love them all.
LIKES: Anyone who knows me knows that I am a big fan of the Grateful Dead. I have been a Dead Head since the first time I saw them at UCLA, Pauley Pavilion in November of 1973. I have attended over 250 Grateful Dead concerts since then. I also like playing in my band "Chubby’s Allstars."
DISLIKES: Brussell Sprouts and Liver. I’m not a big fan of Lima beans either.
FAVORITE SPORTS TEAM: Giants and Niners!
LOOK ALIKE: I have been told I look like Jimmy Buffet.
FAVORITE AUTHORS: I enjoy Stephen King and have read “The Stand” three times.
FAVORITE MUSICAL ARTISTS: Grateful Dead, Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen, Eric Clapton, Steve Winwood, John Mayer and Bonnie Raitt.
